1. Service Access

Access to our services is provided through the purchase of packages that are limited by the number of characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. The smallest available package starts at 10,000 characters.

2. Package Purchases

• Users may purchase packages multiple times without any limits.
• Packages can be combined freely to meet the user's needs.
• There are no refunds for purchased or unused packages or characters.

3. Modifications to Packages and Pricing

The Company reserves the right to modify the packages and pricing at any time, without prior notice to the users.

4. Account Suspension or Termination

If a user violates the terms of service, resulting in the suspension or deletion of their account, any unused packages or characters will not be refunded.

The Company may block or suspend a user account if there are suspicions of violations of the terms of service. This suspension may be temporary, for the duration of the investigation, or indefinite, and the Company is not required to provide a reason.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment for the services, the user acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
